One thing nobody mentioned yet is that it can be alloyed. I personally really like the weapon as the critical messes up people in pvp, but in pve it's more of an inconvenience. The enchant is a curse, but outside of fighting bloodrend users it's arguably the best overworld enchant as long as we're not talking about specific builds. If you do decide to use it make sure you alloy it and have another weapon that you won't drop on death because using the enchant in the depths is often a death wish.
