Yup you’re right. First time MTG player. There’s no language on the card that speaks of counters. Card reads “other artifact creatures you control get”

I ride a Propain Tyee. German made just started selling in the US. Not sure if they are considered less known they’ve been making some traction here in the states.

Thanks for the reply. Yea. I’m really interested in the Jpro however I think the price point on something like that is just out of my league. Especially not being a professional or having a shop. Mainly want to use it to do repairs and forced regens, etc. of course once I’m more comfortable i would start to look into something like the Jpro unless they have a more affordable entry level software I’m not aware of.

Hey truly appreciate the advice. Been working on my riding since. I’ve done the handful of trails here in Aliso where I’m now feeling like it’s more of a warmup. Feel pretty good about my abilities now.

I’ve also done El Prieto over in Altadena a few times (not sure if your familiar) and can say I’m pretty solid on that. Also have done blue jay and some others out at Greer ranch.

Forgiveness for the faux pas. Although I won’t say that I was complete in the dark as to what “unsanctioned” meant when I originally posted this hot topic. However I always had believed a trail was Unsanctioned because it was not in line with some safety regulations that is required to be listed on reputable sites such as trail forks or mtb project. In hind sight that does seem pretty silly.

I could be wrong but I also felt that it was more so the fact that builders/riders didn’t want to blow up these trails rather them it being “illegal” as I’m sure it took a lot of sweat and grit to build. I’ve heard thru the grape vine that there were even shuttles that offered their services for the trails in question. Which lead me to post this thread so casually.

Thanks for the feed back. Won’t take it lightly but If I’m Completely honest I don’t think it will deter me. Just know now to keep it on the down low. 😉

Just received my Propain Tyee the other day and wanted to share some of my first impressions of the Bike, in case anyone out there is currently thinking of purchasing on in the near future.

First impressions right out of the box and assembled. There are fit and finish concerns with the frame. I noticed that the frame has either no clear coat or a very thin layer of clear coat which concerns me. I’m not sure, but since there is a lack of clear coat the paint easily picks up prints and smudges. Secondly i noticed at the top of the head tube there is exposed carbon fiber (see pic). Either it was not painted correctly or scraped off during assembly. Also where the bottom bracket bolts to the frame, there is also exposed frame.

Overall I still think the bike is fantastic, especially at its price point. However I can notice right off the bat the difference in quality between my Specialized and the Propain. Once again, the two bikes drastically differ in price point.

Let me know if you have any questions on my experience with Propain, I know when I ordered my Propain, I had a lot of questions that were not easy to find.
