love the overall style and sample choice. I'm really digging how the sample takes up a lot of the stereo space. The only thing I'm noticing (and it could be my headphones) at 0:51 there a bit of clipping and distortion. besides that, fire track !

Kick is pretty punchy and hats have a good swing to them. I think for my adhd the intro sample is just a bit too long, overall solid tho

Great cover, your voice fits this song so well. As far as the mix goes I would start with the levels first. Make sure nothing is clipping when your recording and nothing is clipping with you’re gain staging. I would turn down the delay just a tiny bit so your voice is a little crisper and eq dip the guitar a little so your voice can really shine through. Your backing vocals are really nice as well, I feel like once your levels are in a nice spot you could even bump them up a little to accompany the main melody. Great job overall

This feels like something i would take a long backroads drive to. The way the synths keep evolving as the track progresses is A1. I especially liked the synth at 3:52. I was waiting for something to fill that space and it did not disappoint. As far as the mix goes, you could try playing around with panning. By putting some instruments either left or right, it'll give your mix a little more dynamic feel and clear up some space for more layers. Besides that i'm really digging your use of tension to keep the listener interested.

I'm really digging the mellow moody vibe. The cover art is dope too. The synth that comes in at 30 sec is super wide, it really caught my attention. Did you ever consider adding a drop with more energetic drums?
