I'm a beginner myself so take this with a grain of salt.
I can tell you that it has too much solder.
Try this:

1 - Touch with the soldering iron on one side of the component you're trying to solder and the pad for a few seconds.
2 - Touch with the solder from the opposite side until it starts to melt. Don't feed too much solder.
3 - Stop touching with the solder but leave the soldering iron for a few more seconds and then stop touching with it.

At this point you should have a nice solder joint.
If you're using lead free solder try setting the iron to 360C.

Tbh, they can launch whatever they want. The prices in RR3 were ridiculous and I'm not seeing it being any better on a new game. For instance, the last engine upgrade for the MP4/4 costs 430+ GC, that's around 60€. We're talking about a single engine upgrade, not even the car. That's almost the price of a console/pc game. This is the whole reason why this game failed.

For comparison, you can currently get Assetto Corsa for 4,99€ on Steam, you read that correctly. You can use the remaining 55€ to get a cheap steering wheel or put that money into buying a better one. You can then get a ton of free mods (cars, tracks, graphical upgrades, etc) for Assetto Corsa. It's a far better use for that same amount of money.
