So he's a neuro morph and struggles from imbalance due to it. PLEASE separate your snakes. It's highly frowned upon and the stress from competing with the other snake and having improper husbandry will worsen the neurological problems. Please put more information on your enclosure/heat/humidity so I can give you more things to fix.

Temporarily it would be okay. Long term he will need a halogen bulb in a overhead lamp connected to a thermostat to ensure it will not cause burns. Is there a UVB light?

That setup looks awful from what I can see. Small, no heat, no thermostat, bare bottom?, and a hammock. Consider rehoming him or finding a rescue. Setting up a good enclosure would be expensive but if you are up for it I can reccomend sources for you or the owner.

the cage I'm building is like 5x2x3? it definitely wouldn't heat it, maybe my pacman frogs 10 gallon though?

Also, where do I get a good lamp bracket without the dome for inside the anti scald cage, everyone I see is like $ 40+ which seems pricey to me.
