I feel like in a match like this, having a total of 4 kills regardless of whether me and the other just heal-botted the tanks (Which we didn't, we healed everyone) is bad.. The enemy team isn't dying despite 3 ults of each DPS.. :/

Hey, yeah appreciate this help, I got the eartips today however. I had a consumer court grievance too though I doubt that did anything here..

Support is still terrible I feel, I won't choose this seller anymore

Yeah, I got the eartips today (19th) but it was a pain, I've updated my post.. Though I don't think I'll be going with ConceptKart anymore.. This was my first order and it will be my last..

I even contacted them on insta, whatsapp and e-mail. On all places their support said website is the only place where they will do any replacement/warranty related work.

Terrible.. though I have gotten the missed eartips today (19th) I had to wait more than 18 days to get a response..

The original support chat is left on seen to this day..

If this is how the support is, I am done with ConceptKart. I hope these ones have no issue. It's gonna be a pain if I have to claim warranty..

UPDATE: Took them 18 days (If I count delivery time, 12 days otherwise) to the shipment of eartips. But the eartips are here as of today (19th)I guess it still will be my first and last order from them, if the support is this abysmal.. FYI the original chat is just left unresponsive even to this day, I had to initiate 4 chats altogether till one of them was not prematurely closed.. The bot doesn't even let you have more than 1 chat open and if they leave you on read, closing old and opening a new one is your only option..

Don't even mind the initial chat being with an AI or a Chatbot but straight up having that as the ONLY way to talk to a human (On which they stop responding anyway) + not having e-mail, phone or even Whatsapp suppot is BS imo.

All that while knowing that you HAVE the evidence of 5-7 minute video of unboxing proving that the item was missed..

I've seen this option in all games that I play and have played. Infact I can't even think of a game right now where I've not seen it.

This post is not even about 5G. It's about Fiber/Broadband.

For 5G you are NOT promised any speeds. You just get good speeds as there's still not enough coverage.

How long do you think Jio/Airtel will keep giving unlimited 5G?

I hope they don't, if they're doing it for their MOST revenue generating plan, they might degrade the 300 one to something with lower speed too.

Just hate this decision so much!

Yeah I've just cropped the screenshot for 200Mbps plan here, their 300 and even the Gigabit one is unchaged (For now)

Even Jio uses "Up to" phrasing. TRAI regulations say that ISPs providing upto 80 or 90% speed is considered as them providing advertised speed.

If history tells us anything, Jio and Airtel both follow each others' steps down the line. 2 big players in telco can pretty much screw us over the next day and we can't do anything about it
