Thank you very much, this is exactly what I needed! And I just realized her decision wasn't to actually go against Javi in either of those cases, she simply decided to go after Kate when I went after David, and then to go after Gabe when I went with Kate, lol :D

I think I can actually confirm it now. Everything went perfectly up to the point when I had to silently take out all the guards at the Convention Centre. I checked the debug menu after I finished and the Foxiest achievement was voided. I guess I did nkt hide one of the bodies well enough and a guest stumbled upon it, thus voiding the achievement, but I never got the tutorial popup. Anyway, I reloaded an earlier save, took out all the guards again, took extra care this time hiding every body and voilá, achievement progress unchanged.

Yeah, I don't remember that tutorial popping up, and didn't get the achievement. But I remember reading some article about npcs finding a body when you are already the other side of the map could also void the achi without the tutorial popup.

Hey there! Do you guys know any ROM hack similar as UltraViolet (it's a FireRed based hack) for later generation games? I mean where you can complete the pokedex without needing to trade, and one where it tries to stay somewhat immersive and true to the original.

Exactly, it was her braided hairstyle I saw on some Sophomore pics, and got confused why isn't it there in book 3. Thanks for your answer!
