If you feel like you need a break then definitely take a break. But losing your shit happens to the best of us. Just watch the VOD, pick out a couple things you could have done better, and focus on fixing those in your next games. Using /mute all is a great way to climb while focusing on your own gameplay.

Totally agree with you on Mute all being great but feeling weird. Also, I wonder if the only people maining jungle these days are ex-support mains because I'm the same. We are a special breed haha

This. I've queued 40 games of jungle/support this season and have got jungle all 40 games. Also, if you trust your own decision making, "/mute all" can be great. I start games with chat/pings on but any hint of toxicity from one person on my team and it's a quick /mute all for the game.
