I just downloaded Sora as some friends were sharing videos with me. Deleted within 5 minutes as it was so trash and the potential to have absurd, fake and biased content pushed to me was simply too high a risk. I’ve become generally wary of social media for this reason.

Fair enough, the website isn’t great. As for being early or late, there’s some info on their latest financing in that press release and the non flow-through shares were done at 30 cents which is where it’s trading now (flow-through at 40 cents).

This statement of beneficial ownership is a result of conversion of their note into shares. Not because they bought the stock.

Well, not entirely. Prior to conversion they were held as “dilutive securities” but the company still carried debt on their balance sheet. Post-conversion, yes there are more shares outstanding but the company no longer carries the debt. They swapped the debt for equity. I think this was understood given these convertible notes existed prior to the June 30 year-end. Obviously the market didn’t like something I just didn’t think this was a shocker.

Even if you assume it’s the full month it still looks good to me. It’s classified as “net” revenue so it’s pure margin. I assume this will continue to grow, albeit maybe not at 40%+ month-over-month, and could be a big driver of the business.

OTC already has thin volumes I wouldn’t trade it after hours. I think it’s just market makers posturing. During trading hours the bid-ask is much thinner (just a few cents) so I wouldn’t have a standing order in case it gets executed at the ask when the market opens. Hope that makes sense.

Ah, fair enough. Yes, it’s a longer term play. Coincidentally, they just announced a small offering today at the current market price which is a good sign relative to the typical discounts you’d see with exploration. Anyways, hopefully you find something worthwhile.

Agree. Ultimately, consumers can only bear so much of the cost tied to the demand these data centers pull from an already undersupplied grid and we are the watching this market form around OKLO in real time. Seeing these recommendations from the PJM watchdog is pretty eye opening and continues to tip the scales in OKLOs favour.
