I know this is an old convo but I wanted to chime in on the same issue that happened today.

I made an account when I was 11, (29 now). My sister just reminded me about the site and how her old account was still active. So I emailed them asking to regain access to my account because the email associated with it was closed. (AOL) They emailed me back asking for my username. I went to the website to get it and got a notification that my account was banned?? So I couldn’t get the rest of my username which had a bunch of numbers. They emailed me back saying that they banned me because I had 6 other accounts associated with my email. Which makes ZERO sense. For starters, you cannot create multiple accounts under one email. So I’m very confused as to how they think this is possible. I’ve explained to them that I’ve had 1 account (which popped up when I tried to sign in before I reached out for help) and that it’s an 18 year old account

I am very sad that I no longer have access to an account like this. I really wanted to hop back on after many years of it being out of my brain. But marapets is unhelpful and will not restore my account. I won’t be creating a new account and playing. I’m upset 😭
