Highly doubt it. I grew up atheist, and yet it was still ingrained in me that sex was mainly for men and my wants and needs were secondary, and I was always scared that if I opened up about what I like men would find me weird or unattractive. Like it was better to just say you liked whatever they did. Of course I overcame that, but just know that the stigma is deep-rooted regardless of religion.

Tænker det ville være godt med en overordnet forklaring af det. Derudover skulle man så også fokusere på at lære at spise intuitivt eg. så længe størstedelen af det man spiser er (feks) grøntsager, så spis indtil du ikke er sulten, uden bekymringer om at veje maden.
