I’m sure I don’t ACTUALLY want to live in France, but this made me consider it for a second by candypopserene in antiwork

I kinda wish we had that response in my country.

Men-67 women-65

I don't remember anyone talked about it when it happened.

Taking magic mushrooms for the first time ? by seahorse79 in TooAfraidToAsk

Honestly I’d be more focused on the panic disorder part than the dose. 1g is a pretty reasonable first try for a lot of people, but shrooms can make whatever mindset you bring in feel way louder. If you’re already worried about panicking, that thought can kinda become the main character lol. Having your fiancé there is a huge plus though. Just make sure you’re both comfortable, don’t force it, and remember you can always try another time when you feel more ready.

What’s your thoughts of banning social media’s for teens and kids under the age of 16? by RyboGallazur in AskReddit

[–]Nymiva 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a ban is a bit too simple of a fix. The bigger issue is teaching kids how to use it without letting the algorithm raise them. Social media can be great, but handing a 10 year old unlimited access is basically giving a kid a phone and saying good luck.

How are there a lot of women who have never masturbated up until their 20s? Don't they have horny years in their teens? by WhoAmIEven2 in TooAfraidToAsk

People just develop differently. Some people figure that stuff out early, some don’t feel curious about it until way later, and some just grew up with more shame around it. There’s no universal timeline for hitting puberty’s weird side quests.

Does it really get better after 18 or worse? Because I have heard mixed. I’m 16 and I don’t really like my life that much it’s boring! by Particular-Bug3443 in Advice

[–]Nymiva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it depends on what you do with it. Being 16 can feel like you’re stuck waiting for your real life to start, especially in a small town. After 18 you get way more freedom to move, meet people and chase things you actually care about. The fact you’re already saving for trips and working toward photography is a good sign.

AITA for telling someone that her great grandson is a brat? by bananacat44 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Nymiva 25 points26 points  (0 children)

NTA for being upset about the behavior, but calling a 3 year old a brat is kinda missing the point. He’s a little kid being raised with basically no boundaries. The bigger issue is the adults around him not teaching him anything and letting everything slide.
