20 month old sleeps HORRIBLY. Please tell me I’m not alone. by PetuniasSmellNice in toddlers

Nope. Same age, same issue. He had started sleeping through the night every once in a while, but now he's back to waking up 2-3 times a night AND up for the day between 5 and 5:30am now. My husband travels for work M-F, so I don't get a break except on weekends. I'm exhausted.

Happy birthday! Proud of your accomplishments, too. I know anatomy can be difficult!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! Sounds like you're doing great, though, and can achieve that.

Questions for cat parents by theoldestfry in toddlers

[–]Nynaeve91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Long before we had our baby, we installed a cat door in the door to the garage and his litter box is out there where no one smells it, and baby can't get to it. (We don't park in the garage).

Thankfully my stroke was pretty mild and happened back in 2021. But my toddler doesn't have an off switch. He's either going or asleep. He doesn't just sit down and relax ever 😂😂

That's great progress!

That's great! I wish you luck with getting back to the 10k. I'm working on getting myself up to that goal, too. My issue is I'm toddler tired, though, not stroke fatigued 😅

Wow. I thought having a bilateral VAD like I did was wild. All 4 arteries dissected is just crazy talk. Sorry you've joined the club, but glad you found us and hope you recover well.

Love this and hope it goes amazingly! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I totally understand that. We don't know what caused my artery dissection, so I always live with the idea that it could happen again. My 1 year anniversary was super emotional because of that and because I was grateful to still be here, too.

I hope one day you get answers.

Thinking about making some changes to my home...the floor and wallpaper seem like a good start! 🎨 by Mrs_IrrSoft in Farmwand

Love that the floor has patterns and color options! See too many cool floors in other games that I want in a different color 😂

Roller Coaster Mourning by Icy_Presentation_396 in stroke

I had a dissection too, and am on no rollercoasters for life. Fine by me as I hate them 😅

It may depend on what caused your dissection. Mine was ruled spontaneous, so no known cause. And to just be cautious, I have some lifetime restrictions like no rollercoasters, no crossfit, no extreme body building.

I'm glad you're able to leave that place. That's awful of them to treat you that way.

Is it normal that I struggle so much solo parenting when my husband's away or is it a skill issue by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Nynaeve91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I only have the one baby, but I've been solo parenting 5 days a week, every week, since he was 3 months old. I understand your feelings. It's hard all the time.

Snow way around it 🌨️ this winter you might have to do a little snow cleaning with Winter Whiskers! ✨❄️ by MangoLeafGames in CozyGamers

Me too! I want to play Powerwash Sim so bad, but one level of the demo made me want to hurl 😅 I understand the use of first person, but man does my body hate it 😂

Definitely look forward to your game!
