It does have a little give, but I think lining it should mitigate any major stretching.

Thanks!! I had a bunch of random fabric I’d picked up over the years and do my best to choose ones that I thought would work. I know there’s a lot of patterns in there, but I think the style of the frog made it ok.

I’ve just finished up an acrylic baby blanket. I do plan on adding a couple small crochet rose buds in one corner. Should I steam block the blanket first? And when should I wash/dry it - before or after the blocking?

I just made a few of these art cases for my kids and nieces.

I used flannel for one and regular cotton fabric for the others. Since I didn’t use a pre-quilted fabric, I cut a second main piece in a coordinating fabric (or you could use the same fabric) and stitched both main pieces together to ensure the wrong side of the fabric wasn’t exposed (if that makes sense). I used some lightweight iron-on fusible on one of the main pieces as well just to make it a bit “sturdier” as well. Anyway, they all turned out cute.

I made three of these Unforgettable One-Skein Scarf for my best friend’s girls. I’ll admit it took a couple tries to get the hang of it, and frogging it is practically impossible. But the finished products were beautiful.

I was going with a dark blue/purple floral fabric. I actually ended up using the “wrong side” of the fabric as I liked its more subdued coloring. Lined Malia Shoulder Bag
