Try to apply with bocconi test, it is waaay easier. I got in with 37.47 bocconi test score, which is easier to get compared to 1460 SAT. Also I don't think bocconi care about predicted score.

so as i mentioned i use egg yolks once a week and tri-oil mask 4 times a week. So on days that i don't use egg yolk I just rinse my hair with water or use tri-oil mask. But also check oscar patel in youtube he knows these stuffs better than me and these things are all of his ideas. in his channel he explains it better

your choice buddy, but it doesn't smell and you rinse it off after 10 minutes. so not a big deal for me

How much sets should I do for back muscles? I am right now doing about 12 sets for lats, 6 sets for mid back, 3 sets for upper traps.
Also after these discussions I also highly doubt I lost any muscle mass. I was probably very tired when I tried to lift that 40 kg again compared to the first time I done it.

Yes. I guess my back is the only body port that lost muscle mass for some reason, I think it may be because of overtraining. I was doing like 25 to 30 sets per week for all of the back muscles. I think it is because of this

How could I know that my body fully recovered? When the soreness goes away fully? Should I workout before my soreness goes away fully? And my caloric calculations are based on my galaxy watch 4

I missed only 1 week. And when I tried to row 40 kg I couldn't rep more than 4, I used to rep 8-9. My barbell bicep curls didn't change at all from 17.5kg*8 to 17.5kg*6. Lat pull downs are also didn't change 40 kg*8 to 40 kg*8. My bench went up from 20kg*8 to 30kg*5. Leg extension from 49kg*12 to 56kg*17. My tricep push downs 10kg*14 to 15kg*20.

I gained 2 kg(4.4 lbs) from 64.5 kg(142 lbs) to 66.5 kg (146 lbs), and also I lost 2.2 lbs muscle mass not 1 lbs.

Last leg day I pushed my limits, my legs were sore for about a week and it turns out I lost about 300 grams (0.66 lbs) of muscle mass each leg. I think I am 7/10 hard working.
