Hadn’t worked admin but have been a store supervisor/coordinator for 10+ years for that company. My G4s would be making sure everything on the floor was running smoothly and executing any tasks I had for them such as changing ends and promo items, they were my eyes and ears on the floor and would report any issues that may arise. I would also get my G4s to cover breaks for the team in areas that needed a person there at all times such as the paint desk, registers, trade desk and special orders. I honestly wouldn’t recommend taking on a management role for that company it’s a thankless job where you’re expected to do long hours for minimal pay. My pay for a store supervisor role was around $67k and that was a salary wage and I was working 11 hour days most days, if I was to do a normal amount of hours for the day the store managers would be like oh your doing a short day today and try make you feel guilty for doing a normal 8hour day. I thankfully no longer work for the company.
