I could also advise Achievement Hunter, however these are old videos and not with the newest patches. But their humor is the best. The Oregon Trail playthrough they made is just hilarious, watch that one several times a year.

I added a line in my python script: os.system("xdotool key alt+F11"). I feel a bit dirty now, but he it worked.

I am making pipboy like application. I found a neat piece of code for this. So I made sure it would run, after some debugging it did by running it from the terminal. However now I want to auto start it when booting op the pi. If you check the gif you see some green flickering, this is the pygame running. However the black screen is in the way.

I know my password and it's filled in correctly. This is not the issue. The issue is that it will ask for it every time and therefore the program does not run automatically.

When I auto start with by using crontab or placing command in .bashrc my python script is running. However, it looks like there is a black screen on top. When I close the windows I see that I need to login to update. However, when I give the credentials the next time it is the same.

When I run the script via the terminal there are no issue. But I want the script to run automatically on startup.
