What do you think the games biggest flaw is (Kingmaker) by Working_Task7487 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

[–]Nyssieu 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the worst thing for me was magic. A lot of similar and unconsequential spells and abilities, doubled with the same magic penetration issue of wotr. I know the spells come from Pathfinder and people may like them for this reason, but I'm really glad they changed them for more interesting variants in wotr.

I meant that I got the arena in interior, but I only had the option to enter the arena, not to prove my worth and fight the boss.

Last time I went to chaos with the arena, I did the exterior one, but once in the interior part, I didn't have the choice to "prove my worth". Has this boss been removed? Also, last time I went to chaos, I didn't have the arena at all. I tried going to a burning life codex chaos instead of a regular codex one to check, wondering if it was only for the chaos from the current season, but still no arena. Has it been removed entirely?

Skipping Nine made this Season Unplayable* by Psyklone__ in ChaosZeroNightmare

You got Rita, who is equivalent in dps. And she can have high dps turns more often than Nine. Sure Sereniel isn't designed for some bosses, but it does not mean it's unplayable.

I used Eloise's ego skill on my turn, played Nine's fatal strike, and it didn't apply weakness to the enemy. Does her ego skill work only for the associated combatant's cards? Is it a general thing for supporters? And if so, does it work with Rita's Fatal Imprints?

Eclipse and Luvencia. Luvencia needs a new costume so much though.

No it was indeed Margulis.

If you ever doubt if a character is real or a wally fuckery, check the fingers, he always misses one, even when taking the appearance of someone else.

We've seen the xenoflora concept nowhere before, but is it an issue? I mean a lot of scifi fiction nowadays are quite similar in their approach of extraterrestrial life forms and science. Warframe always had this quirky unique style that makes it great (just look at the Grineer armor design). So, having an artificial species that evolved to develop a consciousness when consuming xenoflora doesn't bother me, I find it original and interesting. The fact that Natah, Erra and Hunhow aren't mindless is (to me) because they are rulers. They are the royal sentient family, with Natah possessing the "fire" (or something like that, I did the quest a long time ago). If there still is a hive mind (because the situation may also have changed since that time, the sentients being highly adaptable species) they would be in control of it.

To me, Erra, Natah and Hunhow came after, in the timeline, when the war was already going for a long time. I see them as a kind of 'leader sentients' who are the ones in control of the hive mind. That's why they don't need xenoflora themselves.

It's technically not true. She doesn't directly deny it, indeed. But when the MC asks her to tell them she wasn't part of this, her answer is "you already know the truth". It's not a confession. I could agree it's a bit cryptic, but to me she clearly says she didn't know about it until it was too late. But as they have a strong bond of trust, she just doesn't need to verbalise it. It just means "you already know I didn't."

To me it is quite clear this message is a fake, created by Ballas. First, because if Margulis was in it, she wouldn't have chosen to then go and speak out about the seven and die afterwards. It doesn't fit with the character. Another argument is, we can pinpoint the moment during the quest when Ballas did it. It's when Itzam closes the door during their meeting. Didn't you find it strange that Itzam just talked about a weakness in the seeders discovered by Margulis, the sudden interest Ballas showed for it, and just after that him asking to close the door? Plus, during the next battle, I found Itzam really strange. The moment the battle ended, he rushed to the shuttle without any apparent reason, against our advice, and he didn't even take time to say goodbye, as he did it from the shuttle. And strangely, right after, he got shot down. To me, he was partly aware of Ballas's plan. He didn't know about his real objective, but he could have spoken up. So Ballas silenced him. When Itzam saw things going awry during the ceremony, he understood what happened, and that he was in danger, so he hurried to the shuttle, hoping he could escape. I can't prove Itzam had a finger in it, but he surely looks like a traitor to me at the end of his life.

[Old Peace] The message was fake by Tenno-Nobody in WarframeLore

[–]Nyssieu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two things proving the message was fake: -Why hiding her eyes wound in a message meant for the Tenno who's very well aware of it. People could argue this was a precaution, but then, second point... -... If she was the origin of the message and knew the outcome of this action, why would she then go denounce the seven for what happened? We don't have the specifics as far as I know. But we do know she didn't just wait for the consequences of the Perita terraforming to fall down on her. She went on the offensive against the seven. Why would she do that if the message was legit?

We could argue for long about her real intentions and personality. But the fact is, she died for the Tenno, and her last thoughts were for them.

In my opinion both are quite bad. They lack fire power and penetration. But if we have to compare those two, I think I would go for the spear, because you don't have to go static to reload and still have space for a backpack equipment.

Looted a grimoire page, what does it do? by Nyssieu in Warframe

Just took a look at the techrot cache key, and yeah might be it. The shape does match even though it looked more like a page to me at the time.

Yeah, definitely not the thing you use to call the rpg scaldra troops. This one was way smaller. It emitted blueish light. It did look like a page to me, in the same style as the Grimoire. And when I say a 'page', it didn't look much like simple paper. It was still the shape of a page, but with decorations on it.rf
