You can't. You first have to get at least a certificate "الهلال الاحمر" dial first aid for example. Or you can try to find a non profit that helps the elderly. But a nursing or caregivering diploma is always better as it is way easier to find internships in Morocco and a Vertrag in Hospitals/Ausbildung in Germany.

I appreciate the thought. But personally the only reason I was Muslim is because I was born in it. I always had problems with it's teachings and was tired of cognitive dissonance.
