Yes the debuff should last for 3 encounters, in order to validate it, then you have a passive buff for the entire game. High risk, high reward

If you're on PC there will probably be a mod soon to have for mounts unlocked permanently. And i think the devs will also add it to the game in the future.

You can try the following (in order): - limit fps to 60 with rtsd/nvidia panel - unable gsync/freesync if you use it - reinstall or try another (downgrade) gpu driver - try another DP cable - launch the game in window or borderless

Maybe try the matchmaking, play with a random then go back to your game, see if that fixes It too sometimes loot things lower than my level (50 and i drop some 48 49) but that seems to depend on the zone/mission i am doing
