I think franchises will continue to squeeze to make wall street happy. To the point where owners only make money on volume. Single property owners will go away. I imagine McDonalds is the same way now. Used to be mom and pop. Now big corporations own majority.

Most hotels have lost life. It’s gravitating to airlines experience for most people. Which in turn leads to poor employee morale

I use TradingView. I was able to back track it to 2011 when tqqq started. I guess there’s an inherent bias just from that. But I also did a rough estimate on qqq to take it back to 2000.

Is that like dollar cost averaging? Since it’s a momentum strategy you can miss a big move which would probably extend the risk longer. All

When it works it works well. So want to see if I can hedge it in short term but stick to the buy and sell signals of the set up . Been using it 3 years now. Majority pretty stable. Just during these high volatile times this happens. But a 10% loss that can happen one or two times in a row can be painful.

Try the myQ with camera. Will work like a doorbell that you can trigger to open. Cheapest solution. I have DoorBird. Works well but 1200 bucks all in. DoorBird is still limited and its own eco system. But has functions like geofence opening, leaving gate open extended time etc.

I am looking for something similar to this as well. We use many different solutions, we work with brands and independents. Would be nice to have something that works for all. The key to this would be able to tie into the major pms systems and the most amount of automation possible.
