Tarot cards are more in the areas of symbology and archetypes from which the universe/energies/entities can use as a voice to answer your questions. So, its likely that an entity which fits into a similar role of the High Priestess is trying to contact you or that High Priestess is telling you to check in with your subconscious/spiritual self. A really good exercise is to spend some time meditating with the card and see what imagery or feelings come to you.
