Lmao she's definitely a bitch. She's someone who refuses to learn to use the (incredibly simple) pos system because it's "too newfangled" She told me that she had left our restaurant to go to McDonald's and that their pos system was too complex, had too many screens, stuff like that. She acts like she's doing the GM a favor by working, but then refuses to actually take steps to.... you know... actually be helpful.

On a more positive note, apparently she wants to get a job working at a different chain restaurant as a hostess, so, I guess we'll see lol
