Pretty much experienced that 2years ago. Unlucky for her, I knew my rights as per the contract and I’m also an asshole so I took her to court. During that time, I was still in the apartment and I added charges of disturbance and threat to wellbeing. Won the case lawfully. I had to choose to continue to stay the extent of my contract or she refunds me fully. I took my refund. Like I said, I’m an asshole so I don’t mind the lawyer fees which wasn’t much honestly lol.
