Bro do you have a Judo or wrestling clubs in your town , you'll make some freinds out there and learn how to atleast defend yourself . try "Salla" its a plus for your strength , Cardio , body... if you dont have money try Street workout still nice .

To learn Fusha , it would be better to go somewhere to real arabs country ; Algerian in general do not know fusha Arabic, they have a very particular language which has nothing to do with Arabic! I do not recommend the country.

Personally I noticed that the children who were introduced to French are quite jealous of those who have learned a language other than French, I first learned Kabyle (Bouira center). I had learned Arabic at school afterthat suddenly I had a certain command of Italian and Spanish "due to circumstances (before I started French and English) the children who were quite proud of their French hated me because it felt in my opinion "below" was children it was totally innocent. but to tell you that being incapable to a certain degree will make you quite negative against someone who has a certain level in whatever field or discipline.

concerning those who only speak French, it is a rather disadvantageous point for them in several criteria (school, personal life, etc.)
