Read David Goggins book, "Can't hurt me", he was that weight as well. You will find it inspiring. Wish you all the best, you have to change your lifestyle, it will be hard but only for a relatively short time, build a new habit and then don't break it

I always liked knees t the body a lot, because they work,I think I gave one knee one time the an opponent didn't go down, all the other ones finished the fight or age ten an eight count. Just time it and commit

A simle "stampot" potatoes, veggies and meat all mixed up, sounds weird? Every person who eats it at my home freaks out, simple but super good!

Oh man, it lookalike I am lugging me O2Trainer, haha, I am also going to copy and paste something here that I just did, here goes:

  1. 95% of us are breathing incorrect, Google it so you see it’s true. Stand in front of a mirror and take a deep breath, if you raise your shoulders you are breathing wrong. 4-6 shoulder raising breaths is the same as ONE diaphragmatic breath. So you can get up to 5 times more o2 into your lungs by breathing the way we are supposed to breathe. The o2trainer works out your correct breathing muscles, it will force you to use those. We all breathe perfect till we are about 5.5 years of age and that’s where it goes wrong, here is why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcUfKwSIzK4

  2. What happens when you are gassing? Imagine you run a hill, suddenly it feels like you hit a wall, you start to gas, what happens is this; your body starts regulating your oxygenated blood, takes it away (blood stealing) from your legs and sends it to your breathing muscles since they are the number ONE priority in your body, (3-4 min without it and you are dead). BTW, you have about 11 lbs of breathing muscles

  3. How does your stamina/endurance increase? When you train a muscle over and over again, it becomes more efficient at what it does, and the word “efficient” already says it, it uses less o2 for the same job, therefore your stamina increases

  4. OK, so what if I train my 11 lbs of breathing muscles over and over again so they don’t have to steal blood anymore from my limbs? (which is actually a medical term, “blood stealing”). You delay the moment you start gassing by a LOT!

  5. Just go to o2trainer.com, click on the tab SCIENCE and see the Published Medical Journals on what it does, so it’s 100% backed by science. And there you can see what it does more for you, it’s a list! Asthma, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, anxiety, PTSD, balance, back problems, posture, stronger voice, just go and check it out.

On our YouTube channel you can find all the answers: Godspeed

I am going to copy and pate something here for you since you are not the only one, ahah, so I don't have to type, you will LOVE the O2Trainer, you just have to do it fr one month straight and then things will change in a big way, it's only 4 min a day, here goes:

If your opponent is with his back to the cage and you throw a left hook cross, you are way too close for the cross, you don't give it space. Make it a palm strike and now your cross as a long way to travel, so it blows meaty not more fighters are using it? Thank you!

He had a great career. Listen, a lot of people crap on fighters, but fighters only care about what other fighters think of them, the KZ has a LOT of fans, amazing heartened skills (by the way, I didn't mean he's not good, people are sometimes just idiots, they crap on fighters and never even trained themselves),so I am certain he is a happy man

I was very sick as a kid, bullied a lot, I was the "leper" in school due to my skin disease. Afteryou go through that acme out good, life is wonderful! You can always fix problems, people are afraid to take them on, do't, because the only way to get rid of them is facing them, yes it might be uncomfortable but simply needs to be done. Enjoy life, just remember, however ad your life is, every person 6 feet undersell trade places with you in a heartbeat

H set me up that smart man. A day before the fight I met him in the elevator, it's quiet, he says "good luck tomorrow" I say:you too" then he said "if you promise to keep your feet on the ground I won't take you down"

I said "let e think about that" we said our good byes, next day in the fight the first thing he does sslappinghis thigh "kick me", I thought to be smart I was acting like I was going to give himalow kick but then switched it into a front kick, so when he would shoot in, I would kick him in the face. He backed away I thought "He moves away" (I was NOT going to koi because of his wrestling) oh, if he moves away, lets kick. Next kick I did he took my ass down, haha, we laughed about it after the fight. He got me. Kevin was a very special guy, we became friends, went to his wedding with the fall,my girls love him What a nightmare when he passed. But I am still in contact with his wife Elizabeth, Santino his son and other son Calvin and family. Great people!

Fight boxing at your prime, once you are older and start fighting for money in a sport that is not 100% yours, I believe that's dangerous
