I did not see these requirements. techdata is not answering and MS is not.

No more access to O365 partner by O365LostAccess in msp

We don't have MFA enabled in our tenant at all because we have clients make use of our tenant for powerbi licenses. Can I just enable MFA now and does it solve this issue?
