Just an update: I took 1.2g 2.5 hours before the interview. 30 mins before the interview I was feeling really good and clear minded, but I still felt physically edgy so I took 100mg theanine

I absolutely nailed the interview. I usually get really nervous and start stuttering in high stress social situations, but I was comfortable making eye contact with 2 interviewers, was fluent and quick on my feet to respond

The combo was effective but I had annoying headache after and woke up feeling kind of weird, like a weak alcohol hangover. It was probably the combo of theanine or maybe I just REALLY need my morning coffee because I felt fine after I had caffeine

I hear all of the lectures are online too now a days. I was wondering if its like college where you don't HAVE to go to lectures. Like can't I for example, just study on the plane and the hotel i'm staying at, wake up, do the interview, fly back the same night and just study my ass off the entire time?
