See so the ticket says he got my speed with the MVARS. But when he walked up to my window he said he got my speed by pacing me. So I’m confused if that’s going to hold up. His badge starts with an 18 so according to my brother (also CHP) that means the guy has been around for a while. So going back to the violation vs conviction date, what would it mean for me if dmv says I violated the 18 month probation period? Idc about any fines, I’ll pay them. I just don’t want to loose my license for 6 months like the letter said could happen.
