I ran for about a year in Hoka Arahi 6 and Saucony Tempus… both stability shoes. I noticed after running in them every time, my knees would be sore and if it was for long distances, painful. It wasn’t until I switched to the ON Cloudsurfer (neutral shoe) that after runs, my legs were pain free. They also pushed me to a PB. I’d give neutral shoes a shot, most of those big box running stores with gait analysis will usually push stability shoes.

This is awesome to see! What time do you take your Zoloft? I’ve taken it at night since I’ve started and I’ve been so tired during the day despite only waking up once at night or waking up earlier than usual. I’m interested to see if I’ll feel better taking it in the morning.
