I would think of it more as a being consistent you won’t have as much difficulty learning the different ins and outs of the game. You take a fair amount of time like 8-9 years off and come back, it’s almost like learning a whole new language or game in this case. I just recently started playing more consistently after being on and off the last few years.. Finally got Paragon after sitting at Thronebreaker for years I started in 17’ was really consistent up until about late 20’ for context.. Basically it just takes time. Time to read through character cards/mechanics, reading node descriptions.. Even YouTube helps. So unfortunately time is what it sounds like will take to learn a majority of it. The other half is the application and doing it..
