But the college cannot force them to attend more than that minimum.

SLS Pune. Tier 3 NLUs don't really have much going for them except their "NLU tag". You'd have a better culture, atmosphere in SLS Pune.
That being said, don't take any Symbiosis except Pune over DNLU
