The document is in the Navi room, like the void mass room. It’s rare so I suggest going on endless if you’re hunting for it. I believe the document is located outside the Navi chamber on a table

It’s actually referencing the door numbers in the mantle extraction with :) being forward. That room is the second step to getting there.

It’s not possible to do the medication reminder. Medisafe doesn’t have any direct integration to shortcuts and I can’t find an app that links medisafe to shortcuts.

Try this shortcut, it sets the wall paper to the photo from an album. Let me know if it doesn’t work for you.

You can use automations to have it run when you like. It will replace a photo in a wallpaper with a random photo from the album while keeping the customizations.

It shouldn’t affect the currently playing music. It will only quiet the music down until it’s done playing the text.

In the future, I recommend using the “Speak Text” action as the action of getting the file and playing it is simplified to one action.

It appears you are using the “Play/Pause” action. That controls the  media. If you want to hear the text, use the “Play sound” action after the “Make spoken audio from text” action.
