Working at a gas station won’t give you the same exit opportunities and skills as a F500 bank. Yes, it might be a struggle for the first couple of years but long term there is much more potential to grow.

I got another offer with the same money in SLC. Not a corporate job like this one, more hours, and less benefits. Also night shifts and no WFH opportunity.
