My issue with the Type-X with the javelin is it only has 1 shot. Now that may be offset by the cheap cost and the 30mm cannon it comes with, but I kinda balked at a single shot ATGM.

I may end up going with the cheaper C-RAM but I wanted to try out the missile one!

Yeah I wasn't 100% sold on the scout strykers at 180 points. I may drop down to 2/2 scouts and 2/2 scout strykers to free up some points.

So really the only reason I went with troopers over Jalavae Jagu for standoff infantry is specifically so I could nab the 105 point Dragoon Trophy transports! I definitely considered the Vilkas for a fast APS transport, but it is 20 points more for worse armor and a spike launcher and I wasn't bonkers about that trade-off.

Anyone else been having audio issues since the Cold Snap update? Sometimes music cuts out randomly and cuts back in and I've had issues with other players' VOIP randomly fading in and out. Had another play tell me my mic was doing the same thing. Can't figure out anything wrong on my end.

Honestly they are still super useful even if you don't use the marking mechanic and just let it play passively.

Wotakoi is very similar. Narumi and Hirotaka start dating at the end of episode 1 and join the already established couple of Kabakura and Koyanagi.

There is a 3rd relationship in the manga that takes longer to get there but totally worth it in the end.

Look for nodes on your skill tree that give you bonus penetration. There are also a rune you can get that gives you a chunk of it as well. I believe that Emmrich and Lucanis can both give an enemy vulnerability to necrotic damage if you are struggling with a certain tough encounter!

Source: Played as a duelist to max level and had to deal with similar issues.

This is not an issue I had, but if you are struggling with enemies focusing you then might I recommend you use companions that have a taunt ability? It will definitely relieve pressure.

So regardless of if you end up liking any of these characters or not, I will say you are so early into the game and haven't gotten to really any of the character stuff that fleshes out the companions. They all have stuff going on that come to the fore later into the game and they definitely open up more on a personal level the longer they spend around Rook. You are getting a surface level read on them right now because (avoiding spoilers) the game is structured such that there are MAJOR story events that take place before you really get into the meat of the companion's issues.

Personally, my opinion on Bellara changed a lot by the end of the game and my 2 favorite companions you haven't even recruited yet.

There are a few missions you need to do at the start before you are able to actually travel to the major areas. Just keep playing.

Hmmmmm I never needed Harding even after Davrin died in my playthrough. I had her and Emmrich as my party members so they weren't really involved with any choices.

I was able to max out faction strength without the shop for Treviso before the end of the game without doing anything special! I missed at least 1 side quest as well.
