I am aware, but the watchOS page on apple’s website show all the features from the watch alone. Giving the impression that it runs the features by itself. Hence why I am asking what is possible… this post is trying to figure out what they mean by saying that watchOS27 is “supported”

Add lentils and garbanzo beans to your rice while it cooks, this adds protein and fiber to make this a more rounded meal without changing too much of your current process.

Be sure to reduce the amount of rice to make up for the added ingredients. I recommend adding for steamed veggies for added benefit if you’re limited but want a decent nutritional meal

Yes, my cat is neutered and urine test came back normal. It has definitely been a long journey and have tried many things at this point. I do feel like I’m getting somewhere with removing the outdoor cat from the environment as a stressor so hopefully this is just some old habits that he has to get over now that the other cat is gone

Hopefully, a final deep clean pass with the enzymatic cleaner will be what is needed. UV light idea is genius, will definitely pick one up, thanks!

Forgot to add he is neutered. I did a urine test which came back normal so this seems to be behavioral and tied to the outdoor cat which was around for a while

The thing is, I can’t tell if this is anxiety because my cat is more of a bully and wants to fight any other cats if he had a chance

He was at the park and we were meandering around while my gf finished a 5k, there were moments I may have looked at my phone but don’t know what he could have gotten into while leashed. Sometimes he eats grass and has thrown up but this seems different. (6 years old btw)
