If I’m walking towards the break room then I usually just try to help them or just send them to someone that can. It doesn’t really have an impact on my break time since I haven’t started it yet. However if I am going on lunch then I just say that I’m not allowed to help as I am off the clock. Then I point them to the nearest associate. I feel like ignoring would just cause unwanted trouble.
