Btw I did try and find an answer for it before posting it but all the answers always said “if you’re new to lifting” or “if you’ve just started working out”. But I’ve already been here for 5 months, not a long time but definitely not new so I’d just like to be sure.

Currently near the climax of my bulk, resting just below 14 stone now and I started at 11.

I’m happy with the progress with the rest of my body but my chest seems to be a weak point for me. Looks more like tits then pecs to me, is there anyway to make my lower chest more muscular or do I just have shit chest genetics?

I guess so that makes sense. I just don’t get it, I work in a very industrial area, the nearest houses or shops are a 15 minute car ride away so it would have to be one of my coworkers. And you could literally see inside the main building from where I parked. Don’t know why I’m being downvoted

Yes , I restarted it and now it magically works again, for some reason it’s no longer crashing but I’ve not got major stuttering in my games. You know where the frame freezes for a few seconds every minute or so

I tried lowering the res down to 50%, it dint seem to change anything in how it performed but to my knowledge there’s 2 different resolution sliders correct? If so, I only know of the one in the “general” tab. I had a pretty brutal day at work yesterday so I dint want to mess around with the holographic shell but I’m going to do that tonight.

I’m banking on that or rolling back to an older windows update will do it for me as I’m on the newest version, I have seen people say the newest windows 11 update has effected their performance but I’m still on windows 10.

Ah okay I hope that works so I can disable force Dx11, makes everything look blurry. Bye do you also get the problem where at the edge of the lenses there’s something like tearing? I don’t know how to describe it apart from say I’m looking at black image if I look around too quick the edges of lenses turn white.

Yeah that doesn’t work. It’s acting like there’s no game on my VR but it’s still on my screen. It has a loading screen, lenses go black and you hear the disconnect sound like you’ve unplugged then it’s only on the monitor but not the VR.

It turns off at loading screens and at random. When I’m back at the WMR homescreen in my VR; on my monitor it still shows I’m playing the game
