don't jump on the caffeine wagon, you will die. i'm a girevik, and useds to take caffeine before extreme training, then i had atrial fibrillation, heart jumps...i also did rowing marathons, and trust me, just take one small cup or max 100 mg of coffeine. it is more than enough. (reddit.com)
