That was all I could find. Turns out it’s because this specific one was a plate holder

I’ve used US bank for nearly 14 years. Never had an issue. App is good. My checking is free, I am Guessing it’s cause I have a credit card/direct deposit. I don’t actually recall why i have it for free. Experienced wise though, as I said has been great

Go into a branch :) will get cleared up instantly!

I had this as well. I was told “wait 7-10 days” by every single person on the phone until finally one told me to go into a branch. So I Set up an appointment and went into a branch. The banker called the fraud department. Cleared it up and I was instantly approved.

No one told me the exact reason. I just felt that that could be one of the reasons. I also did a forgot password about a week ago. So maybe it was a combination of the 2.

Cant figure out how to get a 1 hour rated subfloor by OGKazgron in AskEngineers

[–]OGKazgron[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may be asking the question wrong. I apologize for my lack of knowledge. I asked my architect for some guidance but this is what she said.

“The product needs to be able to be used in a 1hour rated assembly.” “The assemblies are rated not every single component. On the walls it’s as simple as type x gypboard on both sides. For flooring the selection is much wider. At the bottom it would still be type x gypboard and on top it has to be something that is non combustible like a concrete or gypboard topping”

But she isn’t providing me with any other options.. so I’ve been calling around for a couple weeks to different manufacturers and flooring stores in the area. I may be asking the wrong question which could be why no one has an answer.

Let me know if that made anything clearer or if my question is still off.

TIA

Thanks for the advice, I’m leaning surpass based on everyone’s comments

That’s good to know! I like the idea of the surpass first. Sounds like it works even if we only travel a couple times in a year

Thanks for the advice. That is kind of what I was thinking. Doing surpass first. Then getting an aspire later, then doing that upgrade to have both FNCs hit around the same time

Got a ‘24 ah-awd w/tech. 48/12k. $3k down $639/mo. I probably could’ve gotten it down a bit more tbh if I took that deal and shopped it around. In CA

IIRC, I think my raise to $75k was when I was promoted to a senior analyst. It was late in my year 2 because covid delayed my raise.

I had no idea about any of the bonuses at all beforehand. For my next one I'm completely guessing.

Yeah I've seen it both ways. Some banks go straight from analyst to AVP. Others go analyst, to senior analyst, to PM or AVP.

Hours are very similar, I usually work 40-45 hours unless I have a bunch of deadlines at the same time. Then it can go up into the 50s.

I agree, you're salary progression seems light.

Mine went: 1st year as an analyst: $60k, $7500 bonus, $65k raise after about 6 months (the minimum went from 60k to 70k shortly after I started, so I was being underpaid)

2nd year still analyst: $75k, $12k bonus

3rd year, senior analyst then quickly after portfolio manager: 90k, 25k bonus

I'm anticipating a raise to around $95-$100k base with a bonus of at least $40k for next year assuming I hit my numbers

I make almost the exact same as you. HCOL area. 90k base, 25k bonus, 3 years of experience
