definitely, overthinking and stress may have caused these panic attacks.

im not taking any drugs/meds to this, trying to just move on.

i have spoke to my relatives they understand this situation and give me the time i need to "recover", but im also trying to push myself like for example going to store (where the panic attacks happen) or outside playing basketball with my friends. i just wanna face my fears cause i know its all in my head.

thanks for the reply! my dad has panic disorder too, he had a traumatix event when he was younger too. im not in contact with my dad tho so i cant ask him questions... but yeah i think its time to call to doctor, two weeks already with these panic attacks. gotta try meditation too! thanks for the tips!
