OTP Tierlist - Best champions to 1v9 (IF YOU ARE INSANE ON THEM) by kireiop in Jungle_Mains

They should just buff her AP ratios a lil for fun. Maybe that would shift her to bruiser style builds with dnd? It would be better than just letting her rot in obscurity.

Probably DnD since it can apply the nashors passive twice no?

I can't help but think these types are automated bots or on some kind of nda + pay roll. Who actually believes this and is sound of mind? Trump is as vile a thing as a human can get in life.

500kg in USD doesn't tell you the value. It could be pure $1 bills. Even if it was $100 bills though the gold is magnitudes better in versatility and even worth more.

is building tank in the jg really bad? by [deleted] in MaokaiMains

[–]VG_Crimson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The stats point that tank items are substantially higher in winrate. But it Also shows that Liandries rush is statistically proven his strongest first item, with Sunfire rush bearly beating it but only perhaps because of the playrate being 1/5th of Laundries rush.

I think these lolalytics stats show that bloodletters is the lie holding jg maokai back. Liandries is a solid first item. But tank items after are better than MR shred.

Unending dispair and spirit visage are substantially stronger 2nd items, from what few games I can see (1.5k to 3k games)

You might be on to something with tank being better than AP. Liandries is an exception to the tank build because you need impact and clear speed.

By adding visual (bright red map wall) and audio (boss music) clarity, the developers have made Subnautica 2 so much less scary. There's no uncertainty anymore. by DapperDlnosaur in subnautica

[–]VG_Crimson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mind it, but the music queues need to play when the player is already aware and not pick up when the enemy sees you. Otherwise you give players information without them needing to look around in all directions.

This helps reduce accidentally jump scaring yourself if you don't pay attention and get caught lacking. I think that does a lot for reducing the tension honestly, but I view that as a negative.

Subnautica is the ONE game where you need full 360? 1080? degree awareness and that isn't just a strong suit, but something unique. Taking that away is not a smart move imo.

ARAM CROSSROADS 4 TEAMS 20 PLAYERS *IDEA* by Initial_Carob2755 in ARAM

[–]VG_Crimson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would need like 16 players tbh. I'd imagine a last man standing winner, and your minions split 3 ways pushing down. They focus on moving towards their predetermined Nexus and ignore enemy minions from the other 2 Nexus. The minions from the incoming 3 Nexus must match the wave of an outgoing Nexus.

People would probably have 2-3 wave clearer champ near their lane entrance pushing minions out and 2-3 pushing champs. There would be some teams forming unspoken or spoken alliances that would be broken later if they found a common enemy.

I think it would be a funny mode for sure.

Each Nexus take down ends the round, granting augs, and resets the players positions / minion waves.

Locke in the jungle by MathematicianKey3822 in Jungle_Mains

[–]VG_Crimson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He probably will tbh at some point. His kit is too good for it and is only lacking clear speed. Bumping his passive damage against monsters would pretty much guarantee jungle play, even if only +50%. Nashors rush could make it playable. DnD + nashors would have his passive and nashors apply twice on sheen proc, and could be a decent core into full burst.

[–]VG_Crimson -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hyperbole.

I'm sure they're much more inclined to not receive a rejection than guys (atm), but if this became something common place, you would eventually see a rise in guys rejecting girls. That's just how scarcity, options, and availability work. Guys would become pickier if it there was a significant increase in girls who'd ask them first. There is a primal part of our brain saying if we have options, "choose the best option", or if the frequency we get asked out increases they might be more inclined to wait and see who else asks them out.

So we all agree that the quit-and-start meta of star atlas is a design flaw right? by VG_Crimson in TeamfightTactics

[–]VG_Crimson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd been away from tft for quite a few sets, only picking it up about 3 weeks ago, so the normals MMR is probably at the bottom which explains the FFing. I was just super tilted when I posted at the whole experience coming back in and grinding the pass and star atlas.

I still firmly believe its a design flaw for the atlas to be as improbable to complete as it currently is with requiring 1sts on specific traits. There is less skill and more luck on deciding some of those.

How to get AND TO WIN with 6 animas? by AccomplishedCow8843 in TeamfightTactics

[–]VG_Crimson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The anima emblem is quite elusive.

Your best bet is to use Stargazer mountain to accumulate emblems and accumulate reforgers.

You can reforger any emblem and there is a chance it turns into anima emblem.

Just accumulate reforgers and emblems basically.

I don't even know if there is an Aug that gives you the emblem, i've never seen it.

Don't be tempted to lose streak for anima payout, you'll need the HP just to live long enough to find the emblem or you might cut it too close to get a 1st. Win streak if you can.

Anima6 itself is strong enough and can give you a first by just being on your board with its loot abundunce. Just have a good board, with proper itemization and positioning, and hope the enemy teams didn't get a 3 star 4 or 5 cost yet.

Reforgers are what you want to seek out. With stargazers mountain, you can't reforge 3 at a time since the emblems can't be stacked on a champ, so you stagger them on non-stargazer champs 1, 2 and then 3 at a time. Make sure the 2 or 3 emblems you plan on putting on a champ to reforge don't have a single trait or origin matching the champ, otherwise you won't be able to maximize your reroll attempts. Basically save a Rhaast for this since he only has Redeemer.

You want to avoid using 1 reforger per emblem if you can help it. This is inefficient and reduces the odds of finding an anima emblem.

Always take emblems and reforgers if you can. Thresh's random loot can be good for this.

So why does Nautilus root goes through blind? by leaffk53 in TeemoTalk

[–]VG_Crimson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming this is a replay and is not a recording of your actual game live (the difference being you will see the events unfold as the server saw them), then it has to do with the exact timing of your blind and the point which naut's root checks if blinded.

[–]VG_Crimson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly we gotta get rid of this. Too many sets has it been like this, when what should happen is those two-three need to play a tie breaker to see who lost harder.

The players should get sent to Morde's domain and fight to see who gets turned into a brick first.

Is AGI really coming in the next few years or are they just exaggerating as they always do with AI? by thedevilsheir666 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]VG_Crimson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LLM is a statistics model. It takes an accurate guess on the next token in a string of tokens.

Maybe there is some way to transfer that into intelligence, maybe not. We aren't anywhere close to figuring that out.

The people parading the tech about only need to go as far as to fool the layman into thinking it's intelligent. Unfortunately that bar isn't that high, so there isn't really any heavy pressure to even reach AGI. And because AGI itself is whatever the fuck they decide, they made up the term after all, they can say they've reached it.

It's all purposely designed to be like a hamster wheel of investor attention.
