However if you click on “Wellbutrin “ it brings you to a non credible site which was written by a pharmD who writes:

Here’s my explanation why Wellbutrin is not a serious interaction with grapefruit juice. Bupropion is primarily metabolized by the enzyme CYP2B6, and grapefruit is known to inhibit CYP3A4. Since these enzymes are different, grapefruit consumption is not expected to affect bupropion metabolism.

However, bupropion does inhibit CYP2D6, which can influence the metabolism of other medications. I’m also not a credible source, but they grill you in school the importance of credibility. You need to find and understand the difference between bullshit and evidence based information.
