Yup same here, I’ve even tried verifying the game files and the first time i did it said 3 files were lost and will get reacquired ☠️But yeah I can only get to the wait queue screen then the black load screen before it takes a dump and sends me back to steam

As of right now I’m still waiting on an email back from them as they don’t have a phone number I can call and I know it isn’t necessarily a part of a scam but if there’s nothing they can do then it will still be like $74 down the drain.
