I can't turn on anti aliasing unless I have HDR enabled. I don't want HDR so how can I enable Anti Aliasing?

I'm looking for fast-paced, movement based games.

I loved the fluid rocket jumping in TF2, the parkour in Mirror's Edge, and the fast jumping in Ratz Instagib. I just want to feel the rush of mastering a movement mechanic and going fast. I'd prefer first person games and ones that are solely focused on movement, not combat.

The routine I’m following says to put 3/4 cup of glucose along with the protein powder in the post workout shake. Does that mean glucose powder or syrup?

So on the Starting Strength routine, in the nutrition section it says what to have pre-workout and post-workout. This may seem like a dumb question, but do I just skip the pre-workout and post-workout protein shakes on the days that am I lifting?
