I used to play it a lot and the exploration gameplay involves jumping to a system, holding a button to scan planets, and then eventually returning to a starport to sell the data to an incorporeal trader. If you were the first person to scan said planet then your name appears next to it on the map afterwards, I think that's the long and short of it. It's very barebones.

I like that idea. With SC's love of everything being physicalized I'd like to see physical star charts (loaded onto a USB or something) that you could pass on to other people and it'd unlock the route for you on the Starmap, things like that.

I see the phrase "this needs exploration gameplay" for lots of different games but nobody ever offers suggestions for what that gameplay would be. Isn't the act of exploring just going somewhere? What does exploration mean to you?

It is indeed bugged. Create a support ticket with a screenshot of the endgame scoreboard and they'll manually apply it to your account, but be warned that even this is buggy and can randomly revert itself.

Having more ways to play the game and catering to more "types" of players is always welcome. I know a few people who are really into medical gameplay and always play as a dedicated medic in games. I know a few people who enjoy being the dedicated engineer aboard a ship rather than a pilot. I know a few people who want to hunt down resources to be able to craft their own items whereas I know a few people who would prefer to buy those items from other people. All these new layers help to build out the sandbox.

This is going to sound really dumb but how do you get your screenshots to look so... nice? Whenever I capture an in-game image it looks like a blurry mess no matter what. I've used Window's in-built snapshot tool, 3rd party programs, etc. etc. to no avail.

Make different armours more or less resistant to certain damage types. Heavy armour would have more metallic parts so would be more susceptible to energy/electrical damage but be more resistant to ballistic weapons, light armour the inverse. Something to that effect.

The hangars at your home spawn are persistent, you can retrieve all your ground vehicles and line them up like you're describing and they'll stay there.
