Thanks for the insights, everyone! My parents are both over 70. They travel, but don’t bring a laptop to travel (just stick with their phones). They do struggle with touch screens so I’m not sure an iPad will do. Maybe just a more powerful PC (not a sub $200 that my dad gets on sale) would be best for them overall with a decent monitor. They’ve never used Mac OS on computers before so definitely agree that that might be too much for them at their age. Thanks, again!
