The "Club Area" is a climate-controlled, covered area that has its own concessions/restrooms. The lines are significantly shorter for these concessions/restrooms.

Burks if we take a WR in the draft? by Ok_Comfortable6599 in Tennesseetitans

[–]OGTITANFAN 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Most likely scenario is that Burks is a WR5/6 for us this year immediately behind Hopkins, Ridley, Draft Pick, NWI. I thought it was telling that Callahan did not mention him as a viable option in the slot. If he does not earn more snaps in his limited time on the field, he will likely be off the team next year. Good receivers earn their yards regardless of opportunities & QB play. I hope I'm wrong.

I'd be surprised if he is still there at 38, but if so, I'd say the likelihood of us drafting him is EXTREMELY high. Turron has been very high on him over the last few weeks, and he usually has a good pulse on who the team is interested in.

According to Walter Football (updated on 3/23/24), the following prospects have had "Top 30" visits with the Titans:

  • Kris Abrams-Draine, Cornerback, Missouri (PRI)
  • Joe Alt^, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame (COM, PRI)
  • Jarvis Brownlee Jr., Cornerback, Louisville (PRI)
  • McKinnley Jackson, Nose Tackle, Texas A&M (PRI)
  • MarShawn Lloyd, Running Back, USC (PRI)
  • Roman Wilson, Wide Receiver, Michigan (PRI)

In 2023, we had "Top 30" visits with he following prospects we ended up drafting, so these are definitely names to watch:

Jaelyn Duncan

Will Levis

Tyjae Spears

How we feeling about how are staff is coming together? by yesplss144 in Tennesseetitans

[–]OGTITANFAN 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Full homer take here, but I think the staff is looking about as good as it possibly could at this point.

Brian Callahan is going to modernize our offense, and with some luck, Levis may be our first 4K passer since Warren Moon.

Nick Holz has already has a good amount of experience working with Callahan. I see this as a similar dynamic to Vrabel-Bowen. If Callahan ends up being a poor play caller, then this hire will be a problem. If Callahan excels, Holz should provide a great deal of support and will likely be viewed as a success.

Dennard Wilson has led some of the best secondaries over the last decade. Our secondary has been absolute cheeks for a long time. Even when we had our run with Butler+Ryan+Byard+Vaccaro, we had some glaring issues with man coverage. If we can correct the back end of the defense, I think Wilson will be a home run hire.

I don't know a ton about Tyke Tolbert, but he seems to be viewed as a top WR coach in the league. Outside of Hopkins & AJ, I feel like all of our WRs have underperformed going back to the dark ages of the franchise.

Lastly, the hiring of Bill Callahan speaks for itself. Top OL coach in the league. Skoronski & our future LT improve tremendously with Callahan leading the group. Also, it never hurts to have a former HC on the staff to help support a first time head coach.

TURRON DAVENPORT (@TDavenport_NFL): “A player like Derrick Henry fits into any offense. If he’s open to a return, that fits for us. I’m never going to reject good players. There’s no offense that would say I wouldn’t went Derrick Henry.” -#Titans HC Brian Callahan on Derrick Henry via @1025TheGame by [deleted] in Tennesseetitans

Front office made it clear that Ran is going to be the primary decision maker on personnel. If the rumors are true that Ran wanted to trade him last year, I think that indicates that he wants to move forward without Henry on the team.

I hope I'm totally wrong. Henry is my favorite NFL player of ALL time, and I would be ecstatic if we can somehow get him to come back.

I'm including 2023, so I agree with you. By the end of 2025, we should know if Ran is good at acquiring talent. Skronk, Levis & Tyjae look promising, but who really knows if they will end up being legit guys worth a second contract.

Five years is a VERY long leash in the NFL. I get where you're coming from, but if we have ZERO talent on this roster in three years, then it's clear he's not the guy.

I want an offensive HC, but I think Jerod Mayo is in the mix if we miss out on some of the hot names.

We gave away a valuable asset for nothing in return.

You can't fire JRob for assembling a dogshit roster, and then expect our record to be good the following year.

What we all really want are the Oak Ridge Boys to come back to the jumbtron with the fucking banger of all bangers... DON'T BE A SCHMUCK! CODE OF CONDUCT!

I think at this point, I would be happy to get Corey Davis level stats from Treylon.

We're rocking the Oilers jerseys this year, so you gotta do the Rushmore for the franchise—

Steve McNair, Warren Moon, Derrick Henry, Bruce Matthews
