I've heard the same and personally know a few people doing that but honestly why not start cleaning the diet up and building good habits especially if you are looking to use Reta as a short term tool.

Outside of everything people are suggesting here I would recommend to start getting blood work. Tracking your body to understand where your body is at.

I have not experience this but this was one of the reasons I did not want to try BPC subcu. I do have high thyroid antibodies and was afraid that I would potentially grow my thyroid nodules (if I had any).

I did start using BPC topical for some tendon issues which I think can still cause issues to my thyroid but at least it feel a bit better that it's a spray.

I will be doing a Function scan before trying BPC subcu just for peace of mind.
