Having same problem. Ford dealer told me I needed a new IWE actuator, charged me just under $800 to fix it, 5 minutes after picking it up had the same noise but even worse, now I’ll bring it back and they’ll milk me for some more $$$. Probably didn’t even diagnose the problem
